Returns and Exchanges Policy

Exchange Policy:

Exchanges are allowed only if an alternative size of the same product is available

Exchange requests must be submitted via WhatsApp

A copy of the invoice or the order number must be provided when requesting an exchange

Exchange requests must be made within one day of receiving the product

The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with the tag still attached

The packaging must be intact and include all original accessories

The customer bears all shipping costs

The exchange request will be canceled if there is no response to the delivery courier’s contact attempts after three attempts

Exchange requests will be processed within 5 to 10 business days inside Saudi Arabia, and 7 to 14 business days outside Saudi Arabia

Return Policy:

Returns are accepted only in the case of a manufacturing defect

Return requests must be submitted via WhatsApp

A copy of the invoice or the order number must be provided when requesting a return

Return requests must be made within one day of receiving the product

The product must be unused, in its original condition, and with the tag still attached

The packaging must be intact and include all original accessories

If the product has a manufacturing defect, we will cover all return shipping costs and provide 10% compensation in the form of a discount code

The return request will be canceled if there is no response to the delivery courier’s contact attempts after three attempts

The refund will be issued using the original payment method within 7 to 14 days after the return request is approved

The return process will be completed within 7 business days after the product is received from the shipping company, via bank transfer

For returns paid through Tamara, the return request will be processed after the order is canceled through Tamara

For returns paid through Tabby, the return request will be processed after the order is canceled through Tabby
